1. Visually. Make the team's process "talk" to them visually. Have it stop when a quality problem occurs. Have it alert them when production is slipping. Convert feedback to visualizations.
2. pdCA. Check and Act. Don't give pats on the back, give them support when you check and see problems. Get them out of the process (fill in for them) so they can do some problem solving. Your actions will speak volumes.
3. Roles + Responsibilities. Don't confuse them. Make sure they know their role so they know how to succeed.
