We just finished a training session last week that focused on the leadership model for leading in a "lean" or Operational Excellence system. The essential question that every leader must ask - in or outside of the OE system is this: what can I do to help my team (member) succeed?
Your success is completely tied up in this question.
What you do, how you think, what you say all flow from the answer.
A second clear question is this: where do I need to "be" as the leader?
